Shipping & Returns

International Customers: Please be aware that Techtonics Tuning only charges the transportation fee for the shipping method chosen by the customer (that’s you), this does NOT include brokerage fees (UPS Standard), duties or taxes. The package value will be declared. To get the best shipping quotes for international orders it will be best to email us a list of parts and where they are to be shipped. The website will usually give higher shipping quotes than actual costs. Any overages will be refunded.

For Canadian orders: when using UPS standard there will be a brokerage fee as well as the import duties.

All shipping costs are calculated directly via USPS or UPS.

Orders placed on the weekend will not ship until the next business day.

Orders that choose UPS air service (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) must be made by 12:00pm Pacific time (3:00pm Eastern) to leave that day. Orders made after that time will be downgraded to 2nd Day Air and the difference refunded. UPS Next Air orders placed on Friday will not arrive until the next business day (usually Monday).

You must contact Techtonics Tuning within 7 days of delivery of any shortages, incorrect, or damaged parts. In the event that your item was damaged in shipping please keep all the contents including the box and packing material.

Double check all parts before installation, there will be no refund or exchanges on installed parts, damaged or not.

New parts in original packaging are eligible for return for up to 30 days. They will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on refunds or can be used as full in-store credit.

New part returns after 30 days are at our discretion and must be authorized by calling us first (503-843-2700).

There is no refunds on shipping for returned items. Orders that are Refused – the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
